Lt Malloy reports for duty

Mission: Mission 0 - While You Wait
Location: Executive Officers Office
Timeline: T-10days

The travel pod docked with the Hornet and out strode Lt Amanda Malloy. the first thing she did was check in with the XO.

"Computer locate the executive officer she asked.

"Commander Reazat is in her office, would you like me to point the way?" the computer asked.

"Yes please", Amanda said.

The computer generated a series of lights pointing the way.

Once Amanda made it to the XO's office she hit the chime.

Veele was taking care of her reports and going over all things involved with the refit of the Hornet when her door chimed. "Enter" she said and moved from behind her desk to greet whoever it was.

"Lieutenant Amanda Malloy reporting in Ma'am. Here are my orders and qualifications", She said placing the PADD on the Commanders desk.

"Excellent Lt, At Ease. Get what you want from the replicator as far as food and drink and have a seat." Veele took a seat and then started reviewing the service record. "You have an excellent record and a lot of awards from you former ships. I look forward to have you on the Hornet. Have you got any questions for me LT Mallory?"

Amanda got some water from the replicator.

"Yes I have a lot of questions. What will our mission profile be, Also who do I see about getting a cabin. and where is the captain I still need to check in with her." Amanda asked politely.

Our missions will be the standard missions Star Fleet assigns us. Anything from exploration, to taking on enemies, to investigations of new finds in space. as to your cabin I have it here Deck 2 Cabin 2-1446. It is down the corridor to your left when you leave my office. I have arranged for anything you have to be beamed straight to your cabin for you.

Veele looked at the computer, " Computer local Captain Koralova. Computer replied Captain Koralova is in her ready room at present time."

She looked at Lt Mallory, "do you need me to show you the way or do you want to go there on your own. The Casptains Ready Roon is on the starboard side of the Bridge.

"No Ma'am, I better go check in with the Captain then." Amanda said.

Veele smiled, "Understood and welcome aboard the Hornet LT Mallory. I look forward to serving with you.

"Thank you Commander, I look forward to working with you as well".
